Greatly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was clean and ideal, the location was great close enough to the plaza to walk. The stuff was extraordinarily friendly from arrival until we left. The breakfast was complementary with beer, wine plus cheeses, exactly what we required.

Honestly no complains at all. Excellent central hotel set in the great area. Very good staff, butler service and wake up calls free of charge. Delightful room with a large bedroom and a fireplace, as example for a fantastic stay on our family vacation. Marvellous and good breakfast with lots of cereal and yogurt to satisfy every guest. Great location - close to Railyard Park.

our romantic trip to santa fe was made extra special by the wonderful hacienda & spa. the mesa verde suite was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony for enjoying the crisp evening air. the butler service was attentive and the breakfast on the balcony overlooking the city was enchanting. we would definitely stay here again!

Missing complimentary breakfast

We lived the room, grounds and especially the staff. The pool was small and could be better. The dining was obviously upscale and we enjoyed our dinner. I would suggest that their room delivery be more middle class . If I had brought my kids they would have wanted a hot dog, small burger or pizza and quite frankly I would have also. My wife and I had a great time and would come again.

The look of the resort had a very upscale southwestern flavor...perfect setting in Santa Fe , NM. We appreciated a very friendly and helpful staff. The"butler" for the hacienda was extremely professional and helped us on many occasions during a short stay. We especially appreciated the complimentary late afternoon snack and breakfast and the close walk to the center of old Santa Fe. Both my husband and I will look forward to our next stay in Santa Fe and will definitely choose to say at the Hacienda & Spa!

We cannot think of one thing we didn't like about this place!

had an incredible stay at a beautiful hotel in Santa Fe. The staff was extremely helpful and even accommodated my dog's food preferences. The room was luxurious and I didn't want to leave. Can't wait to come back!
